Our comprehensive inspection covers your entire plumbing system, including faucets, fixtures, toilets, under-sink areas, water heater, pressure check, shut-off valves, drains, exterior hose bibs, washing machine connections, disposal unit, and a main sewer line camera inspection (if cleanout accessible).
How often will you perform maintenance?
The plan includes one annual whole-home plumbing inspection and water heater flush. You'll enjoy priority scheduling for this and any additional service needs.
What is "priority scheduling"?
As a ProCare member, your service requests, including emergencies, receive priority. We aim for scheduling within 24 hours for urgent needs.
How does the 10% discount on repairs work?
The 10% discount applies to all repair services needed throughout your 12-month membership period, helping you save on unexpected plumbing issues.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, your membership auto-renews after 12 months, but you have the option to cancel with a 30-day notice prior to your renewal date.
